Ten public health courses, designed to assist small medical practices in every aspect of their business, were created in collaboration with Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC). These courses were kept coherent by a common cast of avatars, as well as consistent storylines. In the making of these courses, I honed my SME skills through building relationships with varied experts, both inside and outside the organization.
My main roles in the project included: create project timelines, serve as intermediary between client and developer, innovate detailed storyboards, describe Storyline interactivities, create illustrated graphics (in partnership with developers), create infographics of each of the ten courses, and coordinate review cycles within PCDC and external consultants.
